My dieting has been going pretty good lately. It could have something to do with my hubby being out of town. I don't eat near as much when he is not at home snacking in front of me. I know, it's crazy, but when I see him with some good snack, then I want one even though I'm not hungry. I have been thinking lately about diet supplements, even though I only have about ten pounds left to lose. What's your thoughts on these?
