My Favorite Computer

I have a desktop, laptop and a tiny computer, which are called netbooks. Of all three computers, I can say I think I enjoy and get the most use out of the smallest one. I sit with it in front of the television. I take it with me on vacation. I even take it when I have to sit in the doctors office for long periods of time. It is so convenient and comes in handy when I am behind on all my work. If you haven't ever looked into getting one of these, then I think you should. It is a very handy piece of equipment, and I don't know how I ever lived with it.

Camping My Way

I'm not one to say I love the old fashioned camping ways. I have just never been a type that likes or enjoys getting out in the woods a "roughing it" so to speak. I had much rather do rv camping. I'm not really spoiled, but I just enjoy having my own potty and running water. Call me crazy, but it's just me. Some of my friends are going camping in tents this weekend, and I was not at all sad to turn down the invite, I just enjoy the air conditioner too much!

I'm really on a role this morning with finding out diet information. You can see how determined I am to lose these few extra pounds. It's a goal that I am not giving up on until the weight is gone. My Dieting

My dieting has been going pretty good lately. It could have something to do with my hubby being out of town. I don't eat near as much when he is not at home snacking in front of me. I know, it's crazy, but when I see him with some good snack, then I want one even though I'm not hungry. I have been thinking lately about diet supplements, even though I only have about ten pounds left to lose. What's your thoughts on these?

New Computer

I am online today searching for desktops. My husband has finally come to the conclusion that he needs one. I have known this for a while, but I figure there was no point in looking around until he finally decided he needed a new one. Now that he has, he wants me to find him one at a good deal and fairly quick. I know his work depends upon it, but there is only so much time I have to look. Why is it that some people think just because you sit at a computer and desk to work all day that we have all this time to look around online?

My Diet

My diet has been coming along fairly good, well all except the dinner I treated myself too tonight. Other than that, I have managed to find a few fat burners that really seem to be working for me. If you ever give dieting a try then reading all about what burns fat is an important step in losing that unwanted wait. It has helped me to get rid of some of this weight and keep it off. I am actually proud of myself for the progress I have made thus far.

Looking for New Office Furniture

I have been thinking about looking for some new office furniture for quite sometime now. I always dread looking for this type of furniture, simply because I can't make up my mind on what to purchase. I like to keep my office very organized, so I tend to lean more toward the traditional furniture. I also share an office with my husband, so I want the furniture to match. This means I have to get his opinion on what to buy. Most of the time we agree on furniture, but for some reason our taste is very different when it comes to furnishing the office. That is one of my reasons for putting it off for so long. Anyone else have this issue or any suggestions?

Something Available to Help

I ran across some great reviews talking about Colonix. It apparently is very healthy and can help your colon in more ways than you realize. I have read so many times how your body has so many bad things in it and by cleansing your colon your can rid it of all this bacteria. I want to give it a try. Actually, I think it would be a great thing for my body since I am trying to diet and change my eating habits. I'll let you know how much better I feel once I have tried it out.

My Dear Friend is Headed to the Trade Show

My friend is having a sale this Memorial Day weekend. She loved selling jewelry at trade show exhibits. She actually does pretty good with her sells. I have thought about it a time or two, but never really took the plunge. On occasion I will go with her and help out in whatever way she needs me too. I know last time she had me helping set up and putting on table covers.

I know she is extremely excited about this particular sell because she is showing off a new table top display she recently got. I love to see her get excited about her business, because she has been through a really hard time. However, she knows if she needs help with any of it then I am more than willing to do what I can. I wish her the best of luck this weekend, but I doubt she will need it because she always does good.

A Diet Pill to Try

I have been thinking about trying a diet pill to shed these last few pounds. It is extremely hard to get rid of these last 10 pounds. I have tried everything I know and watched every little thing I eat. I am considering trying Phenphedrine. Has anyone of you tried this? What did you think about it? I would love to hear some responses and your thoughts on it and how well it worked.

Diet Checkin

Well I am still on my diet and still working my way at loosing just a couple more pounds. Well, actually about 10 more to be exact. It seems these last 10 are the hardest. I have been considering looking into Apidexin. Have any of you tried it? What do you think about it? I would love to hear any input about it.

Keeping us in your prayers

I mentioned on another blog about a family member being diagnosed with mesothelioma. However, she seems to be doing a little bit better, but prayer never hurts. It has actually been a long road for her and her family. In fact, our entire family has tried to help out in any way we can, but there is only so much you can do. Just remember her.

It's Diet Day Again

Well as most of you may know, I am still on my diet, or at least trying to diet. I think I have been doing a pretty good job, well up until the last couple of days. If I knew of some diet pill that works then I would give them a try. I was told by a friend to try looking on dietpill.net because that is where she got hers. I know for sure she has lost weight, so that is an option for me. All I know is some of this weight has got to come off. I refuse to go through the summer with these extra pounds.

A Gift for My Nephew

My sister-in-law has been trying to figure out what to buy my nephew for his birthday. I suggested a playstation 3, since that is what he really wants anyway. The poor guy don't always get what he wants, and on more occasions than once he has gotten clothes or something in that nature for his birthday, so I am trying to help him out here. I don't know if I'm having any luck, but at least I'm trying.

Missing Our Pool

We use to have a swimming pool, but after the kids got older it just didn't get used. Therefore, we no longer have one. I know it sounds silly, but I kind of miss it. This is the time of year that I should be out buying pool supplies and I kind of feel lost not going on the pool supply store any longer.

What's for Dinner

I sit here once again thinking about what I am going to cook my family for dinner. Do you think if I just don't say anything they might actually go fix their own self something to eat. I kind of doubt it, but it's worth a shot. I think I will give it a try and see what happens. I'll let you know...lol

Credit Reports

My best friend has been having issues with her credit since she divorced last year. I told her she should look into credit report services. I am sure she would find what she is looking for and try to repair her credit. I feel really bad for her, but she doesn't seem like she wants any help. I know it is embarrassing for her, but I have tried to talk to her without being judgemental. I have also explained to her that I know the issues she is having is not all her fault.

A Place for Everything

How many of you are organized? I am somewhat an organized person, but it seems lately I cannot find anything I am looking for. Just the other day I had a box cutter and now it is missing in action. I have accused both my husband and daughter of misplacing it, but of course they deny it. We are usually very good about putting things back where they go, but if I don't find my box cutter then I am going to be very upset. Why is it when you need something quick, then that is the very item you can't find?

My New Sydney

I wanted to share with everyone our latest addition. Her name is Sydney and she is an Imperial Shih-Tzu. I have wanted a puppy for a very long time, but I had no idea I would love one this much. She is just a doll and is going to be a beautiful dog. It has been a long time since I have had a puppy and I know one day she is going to grow up. For now, I just want to cherrish these days.

My Husband's Christmas Gift

This past Christmas my husband wanted a mig welder. Well, of course he got one. I always like or try to get what my husband or daughters wants for Christmas. That's the whole point in buying a gift, right? Anyway, my husband seems to have enjoyed his welder more than any present I have ever gave him. I am so thrilled about that and love the fact that he is enjoying it so much. I am sitting here watching as he is in the garage playing with it now. Well, maybe I shouldn't says "playing" since he is trying to work with it to make a part for his tractor. Either way, he loves his new toy!

Such a Gloomy Day

Today has been such a gloomy day that all I want to do is sleep. I hate when the weather is like this because I don't seem to get anything accomplished. I really needed to be working outside in the yard, but that is out of the question. Since I can't do that then I should be cleaning my house, but as you can see from my writing, I'm not. Why is it that everytime I have a free day then it wants to rain? At some point in my life I would love to see the sun for more than one day or two days in a row. Okay, enough complaining, this is getting me no where!

A Vegas Vacation

My husband and I have been wanting to take a Las Vegas vacation for quite some time now. After doing some research, I think I have come up with where we would like to stay. I noticed the Sahara hotel has some really good specials they are running right now. The only problem we are having is trying to figure out when would be the best time to go. That always seems to be the hardest decision for us since we both have jobs that seem to interfere with both of our schedules. Well wish me luck because I would really like to book one of these deals this upcoming week.

Summer Classes

Well my daughter has made a decision and I am quite proud of her for it. She has decided to continue on through the summer with her college classes. She is studying to be an Elementary Education Teacher, and I believe she will make a perfect one. If she continues through the summer, it only means she will finish her education a little quicker, which is a good thing. Now she just has to decided about the university classes and courses by subject. She isn't crazy about hard work, but she knows its for the best. Anyway, just wanted to right about how I think she is making a smart decision.

Time for Planning a Trip

I'm started to get vacation fever! Maybe it's because of all the pretty sunshine we've been having or maybe it's because we haven't been on a vacation since last June. We did take a 2 day trip back a few months ago, but nothing is like a week long relaxation. I'm thinking about looking into some different vacation rentals, but don't know where I want to begin. I do know that if we are going to go somewhere this summer then I have to get a move on it and get something booked. Our problem is waiting to long and not finding anything vacant.

An Alarm System for The House

We have been trying to decide on a wireless alarm system for our house. We travel quite a bit and feel as if it would keep our house safer with having an alarm. Some of our friends recently had one installed and they love it. I am sure it makes you feel safe even when your in bed at night. Sometimes you can't be over protective enough about your belongings. I know it would give me more peace of mind. I just don't want to have to deal with one that isn't good and alarms at unnecessary times.

American Idol

So how many of you called the toll free number and voted for your favorite on American Idol? I have to admit, I haven't started to vote yet. I usually wait until it has been narrowed down to 6 or 8. I'm just not sure of who I really like the best. There are tons of great talent, but who deserves to win? Anyone out there want to share who their favorite is this year?

Rock Climbing

This guy friend of my daughter's is in to rock climbing. He has invited her to go this weekend and I have explained to her there is no way she can do something like this. She doesn't realize this is something that is very dangerous. I think I have convinced her to just go and take pictures, but it still bothers me that her friend might try to talk her into something she should not attempt to do. With her being 18, there is not a lot I can do, but I am hoping she will stay safe and see how dangerous this sport can be.

Acne Treatment

A friend of mine ask me the other day about what a good acne treatment would be. I have no clue what to tell her since my children didn't have a problem with this. It seems I lucked out. Her son has been struggling with it for months now. It is almost to the point where he is going to have to see a doctor. It has taken over his life and is becoming an embarrassment to him. I feel for both her and her son. If you have any suggestions or recommendations, I would love to hear them.

Time to Order Dog Supplies

We usually order our dog supplies from Jefferspet. It is so much more convenient. You don't have to take the time to go to the vet, and instead it is delivered right to your door. How much more convenient is that? My problem is, I need to be more responsible to order something before I run out. I tend to procrastinate and end up doing it last minute. I hate that quality about myself. Maybe I should start delegating the responsibility out to my husband. He is much better when it comes to things such as these.
